Join us Feb 16th at 6pm for a special presentation on bullying by Quinton Aaron, star of the hit movie The Blind Side.

The Quinton Aaron Foundation was founded on August 15, 2012 by Quinton Aaron, star of the hit movie “The Blind Side”.

The mission of the foundation is to provide hope, encouragement, confidence and resources to children on the brink of suicide or battling the damaging effect on self-esteem and confidence caused by the actions or words of others.  Bullying has become an epidemic.  The effects can last a lifetime and the amount of bullying related suicide is on the rise.

Quinton  was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York by his loving mother, the late Laura Aaron.

Throughout his childhood Quinton was the victim of severe bullying.  He was beaten up and chased home on a daily basis.  He was pushed down stairs and spit on.  He was also the victim of verbal bullying.

Quinton credits his mother, Laura, for making him the man he is today.  With her love, support, encouragement and no nonsense attitude Quinton was able to overcome and survive.  He now uses his past experiences and suffering to reach out to children about bullying and let them know they are not alone.
