American Idol may have sung its last song, but Newsome Idol is growing and going strong!
The stage saw some incredible talent on Thursday, September 8th. Under the direction of Jeff Bogue, Newsome Idol featured twelve Newsome High School students performing pop hits, ballads, country and more and the audience got to pick the winner! Congratulations Laura Jacob!
Newsome High School is well-known for its talented choral program and has won many Superior awards throughout the years, both locally and at the state level. Many of Newsome’s choral program students have gone on to make music their chosen profession.
