Do you love the arts?
The National PTA® Reflections—supports student success and serves as a valuable tool for engaging families and building strong partnerships in the school community. Founded in 1969, Reflections engages nearly 300,000 students and their families in arts education activities each year by encouraging students to explore the arts for fun and recognition.
Students of all abilities including a Special Artist category for students with special needs, are encouraged to reflect on this year’s theme, “Within Reach…”, and submit works of art in up to 6 areas including:
- Dance Choreography
- Film Production
- Literature
- Photography
- Musical Composition
- Visual Arts

Entry forms are also available in the Media Center. All entries will be collected at Newsome on October 18 and 19 in the Media Center from 7:00 – 7:45am. You may also email Reflections@newsomehighschoolptsa.org with any questions. We can’t wait to see your creations!
