ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR 2016-17 SCHOOL YEAR
Enrollment Packet for the 2016-17 school year, can be picked-up starting June 13th. In the Newsome Media Center from 8-2, Monday – Thursday.
(Appointments for the week of July 25th. are unavailable).
Completed enrollment packet and all the documents listed below need to be brought back to the school to obtain an appointment.
1.) Need 2 proofs of Residency, we only except the following:
Homestead exemption, valid driver’s license, Property Tax receipt, current electric bill, Purchase of Home closing
papers with signatures, Lease agreement, and Warranty deed
2.) Birth Certificate
3.) Physical Exam within the last year
4.) Immunizations (make sure you have TDAP)
5.) Last Report Card or Summary
6.) Test Scores
