Congratulations to the Newsome Wolves Boys Track Team for winning all of their meets this year and the District Championship for 4 consecutive years!
The boys beat 9 other teams last week claiming 1st place in 11 of the 17 events and qualifying 18 athletes to compete in the Regional Championship on the 29th of April.
1st place finishers were:
4 x 800 relay – Mike Fuller, Cody Caskey, Tristian Viara, Alex Bugelski
4 x 100 relay- Rodney Reese, Will Proctor, Jacob Pappas, Cameron Woods
4 x 400 relay- Mike Fuller, Tristian viara, Patrick Jolly, Cameron Woods
High jump and long jump- Patrick Jolly
400 open- Cameron Woods
100 and 300 hurdles- Will Proctor
Pole vault- Daniel King
800 open- Mike Fuller
Mile-Tristian Viara
