As your PTSA, it is our goal to provide our families with relevant, timely information to help you navigate the year safely and be informed.
Please consider joining the PTSA. Membership is only $10.00 per person. Membership is available to everyone: students, parents, teachers, grandparents. friends and family. Seniors must be a member by January 31, 2017 to be eligible for a Senior Scholarship.
If you would like a business membership, or to be one of our corporate sponsors, please let us know by emailing Renee Rasmussen and Lisa Ginnait at 2ndvp@newsomehighschoolptsa.org. Businesses and sponsors receive recognition on our website as well as in our monthly e-newsletters.
We need your support to help us achieve our goals each year. Your dollars help us provide student appreciation, teacher appreciation breakfasts and lunches and dinners, teacher mini-grants, guest speakers for our families and senior scholarships. Each year we have distributed $6,000.00 in scholarships to our students thanks to our donors and sponsors. Your donations and support are appreciated.
In addition to financial support, we can use your time and talents as well. If you would like to volunteer to be on any of our committees, please email our volunteer coordinator, Ginny Harrell at volunteers@newsomehighschoolptsa.org.
