The 2017 engraved tiles have been installed in the courtyard on the planter walls near the flagpole. We would like to thank everyone who participated in our courtyard tile project and send special thanks to Ray Sellers with Complete Care Pool Service & Repair for volunteering his time and materials too install the tiles.
This year’s project is bittersweet as the PTSA chose to include a tile in memory of Newsome High School Senior, Jake Kalicki. Jake’s passing in October of 2016 hit hard for both the student body and faculty. He was an integral part of the campus and his spirit will always be felt in the halls of our school. We hope that this tribute will help to heal all those impacted by his loss.
