10th – 12th Grades
Classrooms will be open from 2-3pm for all Newsome Sophomore, Junior and Senior students and parents to Meet and Greet teachers.
You will:
- Find your homeroom posted at open house
- Visit your homeroom and pick up your schedule
- Visit all of your classes and meet your teachers.
Many teachers will have their class syllabus available as well as the class supplies list. Be sure and bring your smartphone to take photos, as many teachers write info on the whiteboard.
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Freshmen & New Students Only!
From 4pm-5pm students will have an opportunity to explore the campus and visit their classrooms.
You will:
- Find your homeroom posted at open house
- Visit your homeroom and pick up your schedule
- Visit all of your classes and meet your teachers.
Then, at 5pm, all Newsome High School incoming Freshmen and new students are invited to attend a discussion in the auditorium where you will learn more about the school and get answers to your questions.
